Terms of Use

1. Acceptance
bocdichvotranh.com (the “Site”) is run by Vi Nhật Sơn, an individual, under the name Học Viện Bốc Dịch Vô Tranh (“Học Viện”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Services
- Free: Six Lines, Plum Blossom and banknote serial hexagram charts; quick readings; profiles; general phone number readings; sample readings.
- Paid, arranged through Học Viện's Messenger: AI hexagram readings and personalized phone number readings.
Học Viện may change, suspend or discontinue any free feature without notice.
3. Nature of the content
Content on the Site and in readings is based on the I Ching, Six Lines (Liu Yao) and Plum Blossom (Mei Hua) traditions — part of East Asian cultural and scholarly heritage — and is provided for reference only. It is not medical, legal, financial, investment or psychological advice, and does not guarantee any outcome. See the Disclaimer.
4. Age
You must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian, to use the Site and paid services.
5. Paid services
- Reading fee: Contact us per hexagram. Fees for other services are quoted when you contact us.
- Payment: contact Học Viện Bốc Dịch Vô Tranh via Messenger. Học Viện only accepts payment as instructed through this official channel.
- Delivery: an AI hexagram reading is delivered within 8 hours of sending your question. Delivery times for personalized phone readings are agreed when we talk.
- Your information (question, casting time, hexagram, phone number, date you started using it…) must be accurate; the reading depends on it.
- One question per hexagram. A different question needs a new hexagram.
Học Viện may decline to read questions aimed at unlawful acts, at infringing the rights of others, or contrary to public morals.
6. Prohibited use
You must not:
- use automated tools to query, scrape or copy content or readings in bulk;
- probe, reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce Học Viện's reading system, rules or software;
- bypass rate limits or security measures, or access the admin area without permission;
- attack, overload or disrupt the Site, or distribute malware;
- submit false information, or information about others without the right to do so, or unlawful content;
- impersonate Học Viện or use its name or content to deceive or collect money from others.
Học Viện may block access, refuse service and take legal action against violations.
7. Intellectual property
The content, readings, sample readings, design, software and reading rules on the Site belong to Học Viện or its licensors. You may view and use your own readings for personal purposes. You may not copy, distribute, resell or use them commercially without Học Viện's written permission.
8. Third-party links
The Site links to Facebook, Messenger and other services. Học Viện is not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Học Viện is not liable for indirect losses arising from decisions you make based on a reading, or from temporary unavailability of the Site. For paid services, Học Viện's liability is limited to the fee you paid for that service, unless the law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country.
10. Changes
Học Viện may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with its effective date. Continued use of the Site after that date means you accept the new version.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes should first be resolved by negotiation; failing that, by the competent court of Vietnam as provided by law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Vietnamese version, the Vietnamese version prevails, except where the law of your country requires otherwise.
12. AI-assisted content
Readings may be drafted with the help of artificial intelligence tools and are reviewed by Học Viện before being sent. AI tools can make mistakes; use the content with your own judgement, as set out in the Disclaimer.
13. Communications
We communicate with you through Messenger or the email address you provide. We will never ask for your passwords or verification codes.
14. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, network outages, failures of service providers or decisions of public authorities.
15. General
- If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest remains in effect.
- Not exercising a right does not mean we waive it.
- These terms, the Privacy Policy and the Disclaimer are the whole agreement between you and us about using the Site.
